Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your RawCut account and the data associated with it.
Delete it from inside the app
The fastest way, if you have RawCut installed:
- Open RawCut.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is removed right away.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, email us at my.lyf.app@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my RawCut account". We remove your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the account data we hold for you:
- Your account record (your email address).
- Your subscription tier and usage counters (how many clips and videos you made).
What stays on your device
RawCut is privacy-first: your original videos never leave your iPhone. Your clips, your finished videos, and the on-device analysis cache all live only on your phone. Deleting your account does not touch them. Remove them by deleting the app, or clear them inside the app.
What we keep, and for how long
After deletion we retain nothing tied to your identity. Any anonymized, non-identifying operational logs are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then automatically discarded.
